• If you're a new client, you must pay first in full amount before I send a sketch.• Once commission has been accepted and invoice has been paid, there will be no refund.• The price listed are for personal use only, all commercial use will be 2 times normal rates.• You are not allowed to re-sell my artworks or adoptables for profit, however you are allowed to gift the commissioned artwork to someone else.• I retain my rights to my illustrations and may use them however I wish.• I have rights to stop the commission half-way and refund the money (in full) to you whenever.• Should the client decided to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.• Commission might take up to 7 days of work depending on my schedule.
